How is this different from hiring a consultant or dev agency?

Consultants give you a report. Agencies build for you. I embed with your team to guide, mentor, and make technical decisions alongside you. I make your team better, not replace them.

Do you actually write code, or just give advice?

Both. I lead strategically but code tactically. I’ll review PRs, troubleshoot critical bugs, build proof-of-concepts, and unblock your devs when they’re stuck. I’m a player-coach, not a spectator.
